Hope everyone had a nice Easter. Nothing says spring and Easter like a bunch of snow on the ground! We went up to Rockford today and went to church and then to Hogan brunch and then to my family's lunch. We hid Gabe's basket to find before we left this morning (in his fort); he was super excited and dug right into the candy. He also got a Spiderman punching bag thing that was supposed to be for his birthday (he found it early and has been begging for it ever since!). Caleb got a new sippy and some fruit puffs and baby food in his basket. Both boys got lots of treats from the grandparents, too, and we did a little egg hunt for Gabie at my mom's, which he loved. We also colored eggs yesterday which he thought was super fun. He started appointing certain eggs for certain people and for some reason was insistent on making one for TC (Bapa Hogan and Grandma Sandi's cat), which we delivered today. It's fun how the holidays take on a whole new twist with kids and how fun it is to see them get into things and enjoy them. Easter has always been one of my favorite holidays, so it's just that much better now with the boys around!

It looks like you guys had a nice Easter. I love the pictures of the boys. They look adorable in their Easter outfits and I love the picture of Gabe in the pillow fort eating his Easter treats. I'm so excited to see them this weekend!
love you guys!
p.s. Is it really possible that Gabe is turning 3 tomorrow??? Oh my goodness, that means just 4 more months for us. WHOA!
