A Heart for Payton
Heather called at about 6:30 tonight and said they have a heart for Payton en route from South Carolina, due to be there an hour from when she called! Heather asked for prayers over the next few hours as they'll be proceeding with the transplant surgery shortly after the heart arrives. Please pray for Payton and her surgeons and doctors, and for Heather and Aaron during this time. It's such great news and God has been so faithful to them during this process, but there will still be a lot of risks associated with the surgery. But, we know that He is good and that He has carried her this far, so we entrust baby Payton once again to him tonight.

I'm praying for Payton, Heather and Aaron and their families that God may grant them strength, comfort, and peace during this time. What an amazing gift; may God receive all the glory.
God is still in control; what a peace that offers! I am praying around-the-clock; God has awakened me several times during the night and beckoned me to pray. It's such an honor to be summoned by the God of this universe to lift up one of His children in prayer. Sara, you are such a good friend to Heather (and Aaron); they are blessed by the friendship you and Dan have offered. Love you. Mom (Joyce)
