2013 Year in Review - (the rest of June)

June (continued)

June was a full month! Things were being planted and blooming in the yard and garden.

Tim, Dan and the boys ran a race (5k for Tim and Dan; a 1 mile fun run for the boys - their first race!).

Bapa Tyo showed us the cool Harley he likes to ride.

Our cousins came for a visit!  We did Parkour camp with Masa, the trampoline park, the "bean," the ledge at the Willis Sears Tower and lots of other fun stuff!  It was so fun to have them here for a few days.

Dan hung beautiful outdoor lights on the pergola and tree for me.  It should be noted that squirrels may mistake globe lights in trees for some kind of nut and chew the wires clean through, dropping all the bulbs to the ground.  Just a note.

Dan and the boys kicked of the "best summer ever" (no work or school for Dan) with some exploring in the city.

And we got to see Grandma and Grandpa Hogan ride in the Belvedere parade as the reigning Valentine's Day King & Queen!
