While I don't usually make a big deal of St. Patrick's Day (give me a shamrock shake and I'm happy), this year found us with a visit from Bapa Tyo and Oma and a pre-cooked corned beef in the fridge just begging to be warmed up. Add some potatoes, cabbage and carrots (and a shamrock plant for good measure) and voila. .. impromptu Irish dinner!
And Oma managed to snap this rare photo of the boys with actual smiles on their faces. Maybe there is hope! :-)

How have I missed this until now??! What a special celebration you created for your boys. That picture is definitely a keeper. Love those sweet, genuine smiles on their faces. Also, I love your chalkboard door. I'm thinking I need one of those in my kitchen too........
